How SQ Helps

SQ Home Care Specialties provides an alternative for people who need continuing treatment, skilled observation, or instruction, but who do not necessarily need to be put in a hospital or other care facility. Our services may prevent the need for hospitalization, allow you to return home sooner, or ease the transition from an inpatient facility to your own home.

SQ Home Care Specialties delivers care under the supervision of your doctor. One of our highly experienced registered nurses will visit you, use your input to assess and evaluate your home care needs, and develop a plan tailored to your unique situation. The repeated visits we make to the homes of our patients provide them with skilled services such as nursing, physical therapy and medical or social work. We also send home health care aides to help around your home while you are recovering.
